Small by choice, honest by default
Labrador Puppies Home began the way most good things do, with one litter, a lot of research, and a genuine love for the breed, and it’s grown one relationship at a time ever since.
We’re not a large-scale breeding operation, and that’s intentional. Every litter is raised inside our home, not a kennel or outbuilding, which means our puppies grow up around foot traffic, kitchen noise, kids, and everyday life from the moment their eyes open.
As a newer, family-run business, we’re upfront that we’re still learning with every litter. What hasn’t changed is our commitment to honest communication, real veterinary documentation, and never rushing a family into a decision that lasts a dog’s whole life.
How we started
It started with a single question: could we raise puppies the way we’d want to raise our own dog? That meant no crates stacked in a back room, no assembly-line litters, just one family, one home, and enough time to actually know each puppy’s personality before they ever meet an adopter.
What we believe
A good match matters more than a fast one. We’d rather ask a few extra questions upfront, about your home, your routine, your experience with dogs, than watch a puppy end up somewhere that isn’t the right fit. Every application gets read by a real person, not a form filter.
Where we’re headed
We’re intentionally staying small. Growth, for us, looks like better health testing, stronger relationships with local vets, and more resources for the families who adopt from us, not more litters per year. If that ever changes, you’ll hear it from us directly.
We treat every application the way we’d want someone to treat ours: carefully, honestly, and without rushing a decision that lasts a dog’s whole life. If a puppy from our home isn’t the right fit for your family, we’d genuinely rather tell you that upfront than make a sale.
