We don’t ship puppies in cargo. In-person pickup is preferred, and for adopters further away we can sometimes arrange ground delivery or meet partway, discussed on a case-by-case basis.

We can share information on both parent dogs, including temperament, coloring, and any available health clearances. Just ask, we’re happy to talk through the litter’s background.

Usually we do a quick video call instead of an in-person visit, just to talk through your home setup and answer any questions. Local adopters are welcome to visit in person if that’s easier.

Absolutely. Once your application is approved, we’ll schedule a meet and greet, either in person if you’re nearby, or over video call, so you feel confident before deciding.

We usually respond within 24–48 hours of receiving your application. From there, the meet and greet and paperwork typically take another few days to a week depending on scheduling.

We ask that you contact us first if things aren’t working out. We’ll always take a puppy back rather than have them end up in a shelter, no matter how much time has passed.

Yes. We provide a written health guarantee covering genetic conditions common to the breed. We recommend a vet check within the first 72 hours of adoption, and we’re reachable if any concerns come up after.

Every puppy goes home with age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming treatment, a full veterinary health check, a microchip, and complete health records to bring to your own vet.

We’ll send you home with a small starter bag of whatever food your puppy is currently on, plus feeding guidelines, so you can transition gradually if you plan to switch brands.

Our adoption fee typically ranges from $1,200–$1,500 depending on the litter and coloring. Exact pricing for available puppies is listed on each puppy’s profile.

Yes, a deposit holds a specific puppy for you once your application is approved. It’s applied toward the total adoption fee and is discussed directly during the process.

We accept most major payment methods at pickup. Specifics are confirmed once your application is approved and a puppy is matched to you.
